How we engage
Contract healthcare staffing. W-2 contract clinical, public-health, and health-IT professionals for programs, surge capacity, and specialized skill gaps. We handle vetting, credentialing, payrolling, benefits, and compliance; you get weekly timekeeping and one consolidated invoice.
Direct-hire placement. Success-based permanent placement when the hire matters. You review only candidates who have been screened, briefed, and confirmed interested. There is no fee until your new hire starts, and every placement carries a replacement guarantee.
Program support services. Outcome-scoped engagements — public-health program operations, health data and analytics, clinical research support — delivered by managed teams with defined milestones and knowledge transfer built in.
Your candidates are kept informed
With candidate consent, we send transactional SMS updates during your search: application confirmations, interview reminders, reschedules, and offer-stage notices. In practice that means fewer no-shows and faster feedback loops. Two examples:
